The Savannah Airport Commission has 3,600+ acres of land that is utilized for aviation and commercial development and for runway and taxiway systems. The Airport has land available for commercial aviation uses for leasing of space to construct hangar maintenance facilities or similar types of operations in support of aviation. A minimal amount of land is still available for commercial operations but this area is quickly leasing out and no land will be available in a very short period of time. Space exists within the Terminal Building for commercial-type operations.
