For many local artists, schools, and film companies, Savannah/Hilton Head International has proven to be a great location for numerous projects, and SAV is pleased to offer the use of its facilities to commercial film and still photographers.
Personal Photography
Personal photography, that is non-commercial and not for distribution, is allowed in the public areas; however, no lights, reflectors or other equipment is permitted, nor can photographers impede passenger traffic.
Commercial Photography
All commercial filming, non-profit and student filming, videography, and commercial photography requests must be reviewed and approved by the Savannah Airport Commission. The permitting process requires a minimum of two weeks.
Interested parties should complete the following application. Please note that completion of the application does not necessarily guarantee that a permit will be issued.
