SAVANNAH, GA – The Savannah Airport Commission is pleased to announce that JetBlue Airways will add service out of Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport to Boston Logan International Airport on February 13, 2014 with one daily nonstop flight. The carrier is offering special introductory fares as low as $89 on way for travel between February 13 and April 10, available for booking today.

Airport Executive Director Greg Kelly says, “ We are very pleased that JetBlue has elected to add Boston service to/from SAV. Of our top five market cities, Boston is the only one, which we do not have direct service to.   This has been an objective of ours for some time.  Our community and regional partners got behind this effort in a very meaningful way, which helped make this possible.   This is a good day for our community and region.”

JetBlue is the largest airline in Boston with up to 121 daily flights. Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport will become JetBlue’s fiftieth nonstop destination from Boston Logan International Airport. The Boston flight is in addition to two daily nonstop flights to JFK, also scheduled to begin on February 13.
