Currently in construction, the 36-acre cargo facility site is located at the north point of the airport that is bounded on the north by Taxiway H, on the east by Taxiway A, on the west by a drainage ditch and dense forest area, and on the south by Gulfstream Road.
The new Air Cargo Campus will consist of two air cargo facilities dedicated to air cargo activities. One of the facilities, Building No. 1, will be approximately 65,000 square feet dedicated to a single tenant. Building No. 1 includes administrative/office, package/sortation warehouse, customer service, aircraft, and vehicle and the second facility, referred to as building No. 2, will serve as a multi-Tenant cargo facility consisting of approximately 61,000 square feet divided into four separate bays.
In addition to the buildings, the campus will include designated vehicle parking and an apron area capable of accommodating six wide-body aircraft, enhancing its capacity for air cargo operations. This facility is poised to improve logistics efficiency and support growing cargo demands.
