SAVANNAH, GA – Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV) reports enplanements for August at an all-time high for the month with 164,104 passengers arriving at SAV. A total of 327,470 passengers traveled through the Airport in the month of August, a 5% increase over the same month last year. Total passengers for 2023 are 2,625,767 an increase of 12% over the same period one year ago. The number of available seats reported for July shows an increase of 7% over the same period in 2022.
Market share for airlines serving Savannah/Hilton Head International was as follows: Delta Air Lines 28%, American 22%, United Airlines 19%, Southwest 15%, JetBlue 6%, Allegiant 5%. Avelo, Breeze, Frontier, Silver and Sun Country were each 2% or less.
